Nature Walks :

Trekking: for the more adventurous we could organize a local guide to escort you up hillocks , across rocky streams, or along the perimeter of the reserve forests, or take you off the regular beaten tracks to the nearby beauty spots. A good pair of walking shoes and the needed weather protection accessories will make this a pleasant experience. Need two days notice to book a suitable local guide.

Hiking:

Hike up to the nearby beauty spots with packed lunch or go up a mountain see the panoramic views it offers, or hike off the beaten tracks from the main thorough fares and visit scenic locations, villages and farm stead's and rural communities and experience the tradition culture and the heritage of the nilgiris. Or just make this a family picnic.

Nilgiri mountain railway :

Co-operative Super Market and Municipal Market are some of the best places for shopping fruits and general groceries. Kairali of Kerala Handicrafts and Poompuhar of Tamil Nadu Handicrafts have their showrooms near to Super Market Buildings on Charring Cross. Nilgiris is also known for its fine confectionery, and delicious home made chocolates.
